The courses take place in our training centre in Ecublens. In our test lab, you will be able to put into practice everything you are taught while at the same time being able to rely on the experience and advice of our specialists.
Check Point Firewall Operator (2 days)
Meant for: Any firewall administrator wishing to strengthen their knowledge
Prerequisite: Basic Check Point notions

- Module 1: R80.X Management : learning to structure a policy using layers. Understanding the various log types and the way to analyse them.
- Module 2: Learning to configure and use the Gaia operating system. Following the various steps used to apply firewall patches and updates
- Module 3: Reviewing VPN Site-to-site and Client-to-Site configuration mechanisms
- Module 4: Addressing the transition from policy to IP address-independent configuration, such as identities via Active Directory or domain-type objects.

Check Point Advanced Policies & Defense (2 days)
Meant for: Any administrator of standard firewalls wishing to evolve their policy towards new functionalities and integrations
Prerequisite: having used Check Point policies and understanding layers, such as explained in Module 1 of the Check Point Firewall Operator course)
